I’m so glad we hired Brislin Weddings, as Amberly and Hunter did not disappoint! From my first interaction with Amberly, I knew we would be in good hands. I remember telling her during our first conversation that I was booking her because I HAD to have her!
Amberly and Hunter Brislin are the ultimate husband and wife wedding planning duo! The planning process was smooth with a shared portal to provide vendor and design details, prompt communication and seamless execution. We worked alongside Amberly to discuss the vision, vendors, and details, while Hunter helped execute everything the day of from moving centerpieces, lighting the candles, and helping ensure we enjoyed the night.
Amberly added so much value to our wedding from vendor recommendations to small details such as ways we could reuse our centerpieces and unique ways to fold our napkins. She handled all communication between the vendors and when they needed to arrive on the wedding day. The amount of detail provided in our day-of timeline was impeccable. She relieved so much stress that we were able to relax and truly enjoy our special day. I wish I had hired them sooner during the wedding planning process!
Amberly and Hunter work well together to ensure smooth execution even during the unexpected. For example, all guests weren’t in the location for the first dance, so they worked with vendors to pivot and have us cut the cake ahead of schedule, so guests didn’t have to wait around. Also, we started the day with a small chance of rain which increased quickly. They noticed and promptly coordinated with the venue, DJ, and guests to do our sparkler exit ahead of schedule just in case it started raining. We left our wedding over the moon, not only because it was successful, but it felt like Amberly and Hunter were our new best friends. We had such a great time celebrating our wedding with them!
It was an absolute joy to work with Amberly on the wedding. Amberly made a point to fully understand our vision, and did everything in her power to make it come true! I am sure she thought we were crazy at times, but she never hesitated to figure out every detail. Amberly is incredibly organized and detail oriented, I felt completely secure that she would pull off the evening without a hitch. Her ability to manage an event our size and never stop smiling is a rarity. She is truly a gem!
I hope you will allow a very happy Mother of The Bride to gush a little bit... after years of watching from the pool as weddings were being setup on the lawn, I always assumed we'd host a wedding at Spindletop. With Amberly's assistance, we started planning. The week before the wedding I was a bit anxious because Amberly and the venue's staff were going to have to flip the room, BUT Amberly reassured me at our final meeting, so I tried to put it out of my mind. To be honest, our Cocktail Hour was so much fun that I forgot what was happening. I'm continuing to receive messages of thanks from friends and family. Amberly was amazing. She was fun, cool as a cucumber and made us feel like she was lucky to be helping us!
Everything was absolutely perfect, it was so much better than we had ever dreamed. Amberly is absolutely wonderful! I couldn't have done it without her help, she is truly a wedding fairy god mother! She made my day run smoothly and perfectly. If anything went wrong I had no idea, she made sure I was stress free all day, and that everything was taken care of.
We can not tank you enough for all the care and detail you put into every wedding you plan, especially ours. The day absolutely would not have been a success without you. Thank you for the countless emails and answers to all the question. We were so blessed to work with you! Thank you for doing such a fabulous job as their Wedding Planner. Big shout out to Amberly for her energy, enthusiasm and hospitality at our tasting. She made it so much fun and ramped up our excitement. Thank you for your hard work on our wonderful wedding. I couldn't have imagined or asked for anything more. You have a special talent making us feel so special. Doug and I felt so loved, embraced and celebrated. We are still feeling the glow. Our wedding day was nothing short of spectacular. Our pictures are straight out of a fairytale. Amberly made sure our cake toppers, table numbers, and everything else made it to their destination and took care of all vendor coordination on our wedding day. I assume she shielded me from any mishaps that may have occurred, since I still haven't heard of any! It was a pleasure working with Amberly every step of the way.
Amberly is amazing! My daughter was so impressed that she remembered and executed EVERYTHING we mentioned to her during the planning process. On the wedding say, she and Hunter exceeded all of our expectations. Both worked very hard to make the wedding day exactly what my daughter wanted. Their knowledge of weddings and hard work allowed us to thoroughly enjoy the special day!
