Destination Wedding Planning offers the same services as the Full Service Planning, remember... planning your dream destination wedding doesn't have to be intimidating, I'll be there with you every step of the way. 

Like mentioned, I truly believe every bride deserves a wedding planner, that's why I pride myself on offering affordable packages.

Destination Wedding Planning starts at $1,500 

(plus travel and accommodations)

This package includes (but is not limited to) assistance with:


  • Unlimited client/planner meetings

  • Unlimited contact via email

  • Unlimited vendor meetings 

  • Vendor recommendations

  • Attend final bridal fitting 

  • Budget management  

  • Event design, theme and decor assistance

  • Monthly email "check-ins" 

  • Receive a customized planning checklist

  • Production of a detailed timeline and schedule for vendors

  • Review vendor contracts

  • Confirm arrangements: delivery date(s), arrival times, etc. 

  • Detailed timeline emailed to vendors one week in advance

  • Confirm all wedding vendors

  • Assistance with wording of all stationary

  • Assistance in ordering save-the-dates invitations, etc. 

  • Coordinating accommodations and transportation

  • Tracking of RSVPs (if requested)

  • Food and beverage assistance

  • General advice and consultation

  • Facilitate wedding rehearsal

Wedding Rehearsal

  • ​Coordinate ceremony rehearsal (estimated one hour)

  • Distribute extremely detailed timeline (four plus pages)

  • Collect wedding day items-marriage license, guest book, cake knife, toasting flutes, favors, candles, programs, place cards, etc.

Wedding Day

  • Manage the flow and timing of the ceremony and reception 

  • Act as a liaison between wedding party, family, and vendors

  • Use of extensive Bridal Emergency Kit

Ceremony (30 min-two hours)

  • Distribute bouquets and pin boutonnieres 

  • Greet vendors and oversee set-up of ceremony

  • Direct vendors where to set-up

  • Set-up all ceremony decor not handled by a specific vendor

  • Distribute final payments and gratuities as needed

  • Direct ushers with program and seating chart

  • Line up and cue wedding party for ceremony

  • Ensure marriage license is signed and wedding rings are present

  • Cue band/DJ for entrance of processional

  • Cue band/DJ for bride's entrance

  • Collect all personal wedding items and gift to deliver to reception

Reception (four to six hours)

  • Set-up all reception decor not handled by a specific vendor

  • Manage vendor set-up of reception 

  • Bustle wedding gown

  • Line up and cue bride, groom, and wedding party for entrance

  • Assist band or DJ in cueing important events

  • Maintain and coordinate timeline for all events during reception

  • Stay in communication with banquet staff for a smooth event

  • Assist in orchestrating the bride and groom's grand exit
