DAY/MONTH OF COORDINATION

Day/Month of Coordination is for the bride and groom who want to plan a majority of your wedding, but need a professional coordinator in your corner to answer questions, offer advice and coordinate the details on the wedding day so you can sit back, relax and enjoy your big day. 

Like mentioned, I truly believe every brides deserves a wedding planner, that's why I pride myself on offering affordable packages. 

Day/Month of Coordination starts at $500

This package includes (but is not limited to) assistance with:

Pre-Wedding

  • Up to three client/planner meetings

  • Unlimited contact via email

  • Monthly email "check-ins"

  • Receive a planning checklist

  • Production of a detail timeline and schedule for vendors

  • Review vendor contracts

  • Confirm arrangements: delivery date(s), arrival times, etc. 

  • Detailed timeline emailed to all vendors one week in advance

  • Confirm all wedding vendors

  • General advice and consultation

  • Facilitate wedding rehearsal

Wedding Rehearsal

  • ​Coordinate ceremony rehearsal (estimated one hour)

  • Distribute extremely detailed timeline (four plus pages)

  • Collect wedding day items-marriage license, guest book, cake knife, toasting flutes, favors, candles, programs, place cards, etc.

Wedding Day

  • Manage the flow and timing of the ceremony and reception 

  • Act as a liaison between wedding party, family, and vendors

  • Use of extensive Bridal Emergency Kit

Ceremony (30 min-two hours)

  • Distribute bouquets and pin boutonnieres 

  • Greet vendors and oversee set-up of ceremony

  • Direct vendors where to set-up

  • Set-up all ceremony decor not handled by a specific vendor

  • Distribute final payments and gratuities as needed

  • Direct ushers with program and seating chart

  • Line up and cue wedding party for ceremony

  • Ensure marriage license is signed and wedding rings are present

  • Cue band/DJ for entrance of processional

  • Cue band/DJ for bride's entrance

  • Collect all personal wedding items and gift to deliver to reception

Reception (four to six hours)

  • Set-up all reception decor not handled by a specific vendor

  • Manage vendor set-up of reception 

  • Bustle wedding gown

  • Line up and cue bride, groom, and wedding party for entrance

  • Assist band or DJ in cueing important events

  • Maintain and coordinate timeline for all events during reception

  • Stay in communication with banquet staff for a smooth event
